Medical Rides Program

Rides to medical appointments are an important service that the Orono Health Association helps provide to Orono residents. The OHA office manager fields calls from Orono residents who need rides and connects them with volunteer drivers who take them to medical appointments. The OHA volunteer driver pool is small and it seems that more elderly and disabled Orono residents are in need of rides to medical appointments than ever before. We hope that more volunteer drivers will join this wonderful program and take some of the pressure off our current drivers.
